My Parkhotel By Ar Hotels - Kempten

The room at My Parkhotel was even better than expected, spacious and clean with the option to combine two single beds into a king-size. Great value for money! The staff was friendly, making my reservation and stay a pleasant experience.

The morning meal could have been improved with more options.

The problem is that the hotel has no A?C and is in the mittle of Kempten and will cause noice and sleeping problems in the summer.

Friendliness of staff. Large, clean room. Location. Decent breakfast.

So disappointed in this "hotel" after all the great reviews. You basically rent a room in a scruffy apartment block above a small shopping centre, with a reception and a decent restaurant on top. A 4* hotel with no ac, no 24 hour reception, no tea /coffee making facilities in room, no curtains!?? The balcony is a gimmick and only any use if you are a smoker. Don't be sold by the pictures of the views from the top. Anyone can use the restaurant, entry is free. There are much better hotels for less money within a 5 min walk.

I recently stayed at a centrally located hotel for a few days and had a great experience. The room was spacious and the check-in process was smooth. What really stood out was the breakfast buffet. It was served on the 13th floor in the Skyline bar, offering a wonderful view. The variety of options and quality of food surpassed all the other places we stayed at during our trip.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent helpful staff. Huge room with awesome enclosed giant balcony. Very clean. Superb breakfast on 13th floor with views and indoor or outdoor seating. Breakfast variety and service were excellent. Convenient fussganger zone shopping is right across the street. Restaurant food is quite good; we had dinner there one time. Hotel price is good value for what you get.

Free wifi from business floors could barely reach our bathroom. They have pay wifi on our floor, but I think free wifi should be standard in all hotels. The front of hotel is under construction and the garage is extremely dark, but these will be much better once the construction is completed.

Spacious rooms with large windows and pleasant bathrooms. Enclosed terrace for relaxing with great views. Good breakfast buffet on the 13th floor with lots of options and a nice view. Comfortable beds and secure underground parking available. Fabulous views from the restaurant on the top floor.

Building work is a bit of a problem but when finished will be well worth it

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town and offers secure underground parking. While reception is currently in a portacabin due to ongoing refurbishment, it didn't bother us. the room exceeded our expectations with its size and cleanliness. the closed balcony-like space added an extra touch. Breakfast at the 13th floor restaurant was a delight, offering stunning views. For an overnight stay, the hotel is ideal, and the price is very reasonable.

No complaints. Parking garage was spooky under the hotel.

Due to construction activities facilities eerie not available and the hotel was dirty. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean and the sky restraint and personnel was very good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. There was even a great pizzeria right next door, which made grabbing a bite to eat so convenient. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. We also loved that they had tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus too!

We highly recommend this place to all our friends. Trust us, you won't be disappointed!

Nothing could have been better.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city next to a big shopping center. You're close to everything you need, and the view from the restaurant on the top floor is beautiful. the rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, including a stunning view.

The parking spaces are not very accommodating for larger vehicles.
